Apparently, the Post-Dispatch’s editorial cartoonist quit this week after being asked to change one of his drawings to something more “balanced.” This article does an interesting job breaking down the elements of the situation while failing to mention the fact that the guy’s cartoons were terrible. When I want to get smacked in the face, I’ll read Family Circus.

dammit, Tom!:
Apparently, Tom did a piece on the 1904 World’s Fairris Wheel and I didn’t hear it. Or, indeed, about it. Am I the only one who was in the dark?
I guess when Tom asks you a question about the ferris wheel and says he was wondering “for a story,” he means like right now.
