You realize that, if the Cardinals come back now and win four games in a row, the city of Boston will just rend itself from the earth and jump as an entity into the sea. Would any of us really want that? Ted Kennedy notwithstanding? I have friends in Boston, and I don’t know if they’re swimmers.
