What is the primary reason you are qualified to serve?

Article 1, Section 2 states: (Members of the) House of Representatives shall be 25 years of age or older and a citizen of the United States for a minimum of seven years. I qualify on both accounts. In addition, I fear God, our heavenly Father, creator of heaven and earth.
