Generally speaking, the rat race is often harder on women than men. The line between working woman and family woman is a frayed tightrope to walk; glass ceilings abound; and o, how often I have heard about the comfort of the pantyhose. But the next time you catch your project manager staring at your chest, take solace in this much: as a woman, you will never have to try and pee with your boss standing right next to you.
