If you’re going to make a movie poster out of an image everyone has seen, why doctor it? Isn’t the nudity an essential component of the original image’s point? I didn’t take art appreciation.”We’re a’gonna twangily rage against the machine! Safely. Please love us.”

Speaking of celebrities, image, politics, and offending me: Parkinson’s sufferer Michael J. Fox has done a local campaign ad for stem-cell-lovin’ Claire McCaskill. Rush Limbaugh, upon seeing Fox’s mannerisms in the ad, suggested on his radio show this week that Fox was trying to drum up sympathy by going off his medication for the commercial.

Of course, being on medication is something Rush is intimately familiar with. I can’t even get mad when I hear him say stuff like this anymore. “Well… he is probably high. Will no one answer his cry for help?”
