It probably would have been a good idea to give a moment’s thought to a premise, main character, or setting before today. At the very least, it would be a good idea to do that before this evening.
I wonder if I’ve gotten any e-mail in the last few minutes.

i’ve been told that you don’t have know anything at all before you just sit down and start writing. i hear that works well enough that you’ll be just fine. you could even spend today writing the outline and start writing tomorrow. it only jumps your wpd needed average to 1725

Oh, good! Somebody I know is actually taking part!
I committed to this back when another friend said she would and she backed out. So hopefully just knowing that you’re a-typing too will be the spur I’ve been lacking.
If that doesn’t work, we could always make a wager…
