Among the more important considerations for people like me is cost. I mention this only because of your reference to the discount baby bin. Isn't it really expensive to adopt? Even if you do not go to another country (and I'm not even going to attempt to address the complex and possibly objectionable racial implications of this option), there are costly fees (legal and otherwise) involved here, right? I mean, in the end, if I am physically able to birth the child myself (and if I have insurance), wouldn't that be the Wal-Mart version of having a baby?
