I seem to recall Brian LaFlamme showing it to me at the switchboard one night when he was working workgrant. Incidentally, there's also a real possibility that Brian LaFlamme never worked on workgrant or the switchboard and will arrive here after googling his name and wonder what the hell I'm talking about.
